Your prompts and uploaded images are used only to generate your videos. To produce a clip, they are sent to our AI video generation provider's API as part of that job — that transmission is the service working as intended, nothing more. We do not use your uploads or outputs to train models, we do not publish them, and we do not show them to other users.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for NascoreAI purchases. Your card or wallet details go directly to Lemon Squeezy and its payment partners — we never see or store your payment card details. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the email needed to credit your account.
We use one strictly-necessary cookie: a session cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not run advertising trackers in the studio.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data — ever. The only third parties that receive data are the ones required to run the service: the AI generation provider (your prompts and images, to render your clips), Lemon Squeezy (checkout data, to process your payment), and the hosting infrastructure that stores the service's data.
Email us at nasrulhaddad@gmail.com to request a copy of your account data, or deletion of your account, uploads and generated videos. We will action deletion requests and confirm by email.
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
