Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of NascoreAI, operated by Nascore. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service — and its pre-launch status

NascoreAI generates short AI videos (10-second clips at 768P) from text prompts and optional images, sold per video through generation credits. The service is in pre-launch: the studio currently runs in demo mode, checkout opens when our payment store is activated, and features may change before the full launch.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything generated under your account. Provide a valid email address — it is how purchases are credited and how we reach you about the service.

3. Generation credits

• Credits are a prepaid balance usable only inside NascoreAI. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
• One Final video costs 1 credit ($1.15). One Draft video costs 0.5 credit ($0.59). Pack contents and prices are listed on the pricing page.
• Purchased generation credits do not expire. Your credit balance stays available until you use it, with no expiry date and no monthly reset.
• Credits are charged only when a generation succeeds. If a generation fails, no credit is deducted — failed generations are free.
• Credits already used for successful generations are non-refundable.
• If a payment is taken but the credits never arrive in your account, contact us and we will credit your account or arrange a refund through the payment provider.

4. Your content

You keep all rights you hold in the prompts and images you upload and in the videos generated from them. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload — including images of real people — and for how you use the outputs. Do not use the service to create illegal content, to impersonate real people without their consent, or to infringe anyone's rights.

5. Availability and changes

Generation depends on third-party AI providers; clips may occasionally fail, queue, or vary in quality — failed generations are simply not charged (see section 3). During pre-launch we may adjust features and these terms; the version on this page is the current one.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" during pre-launch. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
